Bird of Paradise Necklace

Lava rocks are heavy, porous and unlike anything else I've seen. I came across these lava rock beads at a local bead store. Each one is a singular piece of art on its own.
The centerpiece of this necklace is a single black bead carved with a bird.
Together, these create a necklace the inspires Pacific Island imagery.

Completed with orange and copper-tone beads, this necklace hangs 10 inches to the center.

Another Boleyn Necklace

Her influences not only changed English history but the style of the court for generations to come. Inspired by the B necklace worn by Ann Boleyn (and recently, Betty Suarez on Ugly Betty), the design is classy and simple.

My version uses simple oval and round bead pearls to create the neckline. The letter is omitted in this case, allowing it to be worn by anyone. Instead, pearly cone-shaped beads dangle in fringe.

Reverse Night Sky Necklace

In this night sky, the black stars are surrounded by twinkling accents. This elegant necklace places various shaped hematite beads among light-catching czech fire-polished and seed beads.

Born out of Irish folklore, Queen Mab has appeared in literature over the ages. She is a strong woman who rules without and did not need the consent of men. She is the fairy who comes to you in your dreams and tells you of your desire. Her mythology connects the earth with the starlight.

This necklace was made for the modern Queen Mab. Bold light-catching beads are blended with word. The arrangement is elegant and dazzling.

Blue Flower Tile Necklace

Sometimes beads themselves tell a story. In this case, exquisite glass beads need no help. Beautifully made lampwork tiles are clear with a dark blue streak running through. On the outside graceful flowers add pink and gold highlights to catch the light.

The necklace is strung using fire-polished beads that match the interior blue. This necklace looks amazing with denim, subtly adding just a touch of color.

Cloudy Crystal Necklace

Each one of the delicate crystals in this necklace is ready to tell a story. Clear but imperfect, it's these imperfections that give each stone a different personality.

Ten small and fifteen large crystals hang on a brown, almost brass-tone strand. As if in their natural surroundings, these stones catch the light and wait to be noticed.

Blue Ice Necklace

Made from the lightest of translucent blue glass beads, complimented by copper seed beads, this is one of my favorite designs. The simplicity is what makes it most stunning.

Recently purchased, I was slightly sorry to see this go. I was however happy that it found a good home.

Roses In the Ice Necklace

Winter's approaching. The air's turning crisp. Soon all of the grass and brightly-colored leaves will be replaced with snow and ice. The new winter decor is clean and and makes for a hazy, blended landscape. Icicles etch designs in glass along the windows.

This necklaces reflects the elegance of winter. It contains delicate silver-colored etched roses as a symbol of the spring to come. Green smokey quartz stones along with pearl and glass beads recreate the haze of my most beloved season
