Night at the Opera Necklace

Glorious green roses, beautifully twisted silk and copper colored seed beads comprise this simple, yet stunning, necklace.

Mahogany Roses Necklace

Rich in tone, this necklace is worn by a woman who wants to make a statement. These acrylic mahogany colored beads are created imitating age-old carving techniques perfected in China and brought to South America. The beads appear as roses and in a basket weave.

This bracelet was made with cloisonne beads, which are intricate in design and make. Predating stain glass, the cloisonne technique involves enamel with wire work.

The Forest Roses Necklace

Grey flowers are not common by any means, but they do sometimes occur. Carved roses in soft grey and mahogany colors comprise the centerpiece of this neckalce. These large beads evoke their multi-cultural background. Asian in design, the color also is inspired by the woods of South America.

The rest of this necklace is completed with onyx beads, acrylic beads carved in a basket-weave design and brown fire polished crystal beads. It evokes all things woodland and strong.

Chinese Tile Bracelet

This bracelet was created using beads found in Chinatown.  Each bead depicts part of a landscape on one side and has Chinese text on the other.  The flat beads create the middle, central story.  They are flanked on either side by long tubes which keep the main line straight while adding a peripheral story of their own. 

The first of it's style, it has earned a special place in my heart (and on my wrist).
