Finding a Nurturing Environment

I thought I was the only person who found writing difficult, until I spoke with writers.  Even when you know what you want to say, it can be frustrating trying to convey exactly what you mean.  All artistic expressions share this quality, but writing is compounded by the need to follow rules.  The rules of grammar can be confounding; yet disobey them and meaning becomes ambiguous.

Does this sound familiar?  Well, I have some good news for you:  Rachel Ephraim founded the Freebird Workshops to assist new writers work through these obstacles.

Interview with Mimilove

Monkey and Ruckus by MimiloveIt's exciting when you find something new to love.  About six months ago I stumbled upon Mimilove's work and knew that I found something special.  Her work, and personality, make the world a little bit brighter.  With her combination of painting and stitching she creates art that is not only beautiful, but makes you feel a little lighter.  And who doesn't like that?

Start the New Year with Beauty & Inspiration

Red Red Rose Brooch by AeFondKisHappy 2010!  It's a new year, full of potential.  I always likes to get my self started right in the first few days of the new year.  It's a time to immerse myself in the sites, sounds and feelings that give great pleasure.

When I think of beauty and inpsiration, I think of the work by AeFondKis.  Creating with a great amount of care, an eye for detail and a whole lot of whimsy, Linda sees the world for what it is - a bright, exciting place with beauty around every corner.

Interview with Artistic Will

I consider myself exceptionally lucky; I live a very charmed life.  Somehow (I chalk it up to lots of hard work earlier on), I get to live my life exactly the way I want.  Now, I don't mean to gloat, but am thrilled to share my happiness.

I'm fortunate to meet other people like me, who spend their days the way they want - creating beautiful things.  Artistic Will Studios shares this same outlook on life.  Creating beautiful works of art inspired by the beauty of nature, each induces a feeling of serenity.
