Book Review: True Balance by Sonia Choquette

We all live crazy lifestyles filled with many obligations. Some times all of this over-scheduling can feel overwhelming, our time and energy seem to vanish. Sonia offers an easy-to-follow, common sense guide to opening the innate energy you hold. She explains the idea of balance and the seven chakras that govern our self-balance and energy. In each chapter she explains a chakra in depth: where it is, what it governs, how to identify if it is weak and what to do to strengthen it. Her explanations are simple, logical and insightful.

In True Balance: A Common Sense Guide For Renewing Your Spirit, Sonia Choquette uses modern-day, western terminology speaking to anyone unfamiliar with the concept of chakras and making the concepts accessible.

It's a nice read.  It never hurts to feel more open.  If you're unfamiliar with the concepts of chakras (or chi) this is a great place to start.  Completing the book you'll feel enlightened.
